Siamo stati in Puglia per una piacevole vacanza nel settembre 2010.
Tra i ricordi più piacevoli la permanenza presso la Masseria Sacerdote. Abbiamo avuto una bella stanza, spaziosa, fresca, con un bellissimo bagno. Abbiamo fatto una colazione squisita, preparata dalla signora che ha portato dai suoi soggiorni esteri anche l’ispirazione per torte e marmellate deliziose. Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia della figlia, attenta a fare sentire l’ ospite davvero a suo agio. Ho usato una delle belle biciclette a disposizione ed è piacevole arrivare in pochi minuti in zona Grotte.
Insomma una esperienza davvero raccomandabile, che ripeteremo al prossimo viaggio in Puglia
Great breakfast, all made by the mother and fresh cheese& yoghurt from the local every morning. The garden (everywhere around the B&B), where you have breakfast is so cosy and you must get “this is a holiday” feeling.
I recommend you to have dinner there one of your stay. Mamma’s simple pasta was amazing and the other dishes she cooked were so delicious. And basically the mamma and the daughter, Marta were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking with them all the time. We will come back here again, hopefully next summer!
Notre séjour dans cette masseria est l’un de nos plus beaux souvenirs des Pouilles : maison ancienne merveilleusement restaurée, logement dans des trulli, petits déjeuners raffinés…, sans parler de la gentillesse exceptionnelle des hôtes.

建物の雰囲気やオリーブの樹に囲まれた風景がとても素敵な宿。特にマンマが作ってくれる朝食が最高で、手作りのジャムやスムージー、ローカルのチーズ屋さんで毎朝買ってくるというできたてホヤホヤのチーズに毎朝歓声を上げていました。宿の娘さんのマルタが一生懸命お客さんをもてなそうという姿勢がこちらにもじんわり伝わってきて、本当に優しい気分になれたし、今回の旅での一番の思い出もここで過ごした時間です。
ラグジュアリーな宿ではありませんが、日本では目にすることができない地平線の先まで続くオリーブ畑の風景と、体験することができないゆっくりとした時間を過ごすという意味では、本当の意味でのラグジュアリーかもしれません。イタリアの田舎でのんびりしたいという人には最適だと思います。
マンマ手打ちのパスタはシンプルだけど体に沁みる美味しさです、イタリア旅行中に食べたパスタで一番美味しかったし、大盛りでした。滞在中一度は宿での夕食を楽しんで欲しいです。ウェブサイトはイタリア語でしか書かれていませんが、メールでの英語のやり取りは大丈夫です（多少時間ががかかりました）。
